8. Action: 2026-2027 Operating Budget
         The Board adopted the Tentative Operating Budget in July.  This is the
         final budget.

9. Action: Ordinance 2026-9-1 Budget & Appropriation
        The Library administration has been designated by the Board of Trustees
         to prepare in tentative form a budget and appropriation ordinance
         for the Gail Borden Public Library District, Kane and Cook County,
         Illinois, and in accordance with such designation, have prepared a tentative
         budget and appropriating ordinance and made the ordinance conveniently
         available for public inspection for at least (30) days prior to final action.

10. Action: Resolution 2026-9-A
          Determines the amount of money estimated to be necessary to be raised by
          taxation for the 2026-2027 fiscal year to support the Operating Budget. 

11. Action: Main Library Meadows Community Rooms Carpet Replacement
           Replace the existing carpet to improve the appearance and functionality
           of the room.

12. Action: Network Backbone Upgrade Project
            Upgrade will enable advanced security features that are either unavailable
            or significantly limited with the current infrastructure.
