Description:
Approval of the Student Discipline Committee's recommendation that the student identified in Case #181 be permanently expelled from in-person instruction at the Howell Public Schools for violating Board Policy #5530 - Drug Prevention for possession and distribution of drugs in a drug-free zone.

Description:
Approval of the Student Disciplinary Committee's recommendation to permanently expel the student identified in Case #182 from in-person instruction at the Howell Public Schools for violating Board Policy #5530 - Drug Prevention for the possession and use of vapes in a drug-free zone. The committee's recommendation will include the option of Highlander-Virtual online learning if the student is not admitted to the W-A-Y Program based upon their admissions process.
