Description:
The Superintendent recommends approval of expenditures from the following funds:
1. payment from the general fund of $6,542,179.21 and from payroll of $2,688,555.03; 2. payment from the 2001 construction fund (FOA01C) of $29,469.38; 3. payment from 2018 energy fund (PNC 19) of $4,456.01; 4. payment from the 2022 tech capital projects fund (PNC 21) of $20,883.28; 5. payment from the 2022 capital projects fund (PNC 22) of $10,500.00. |
8.C. Approval of the Reinstatement Committee's Recommendation (Case #168)
Description:
Approval of the Reinstatement Committee's recommendation to grant the request for reinstatement to the Howell Public Schools for the 2023/2024 school year with the conditions that the student: a. Is placed on strict probation for the remainder of the 2023/2024 school year, b. Join a club that will be detailed to the student by administration, c. Continue to meet regularly with their medical care provider and provide letter from same briefly detailing visits and progress to their assigned Mental Health Professional ("MPH") quarterly, d. Meet with an assigned school MPH biweekly for the remainder of the first semester of the 2023/24 school year, and e. Continue to meet with an assigned school MPH monthly for the duration of the second semester of the 2023/24 school year.
