9.A.1) Approval of the Student Discipline Committee's Recommendation - (Case #163)
Description:
Approval of the Student Discipline Committee's recommendation to permanently expel the student identified in Student Case #163 from Howell Public Schools for violating Board Policy #5500 - Student Conduct for physical assault against another student; with possible enrollment in the W-A-Y Program if the student is accepted into the program based upon their admission's process; additionally, the student will not be permitted on HPS property for any reason for the duration of their expulsion irrespective of potential enrollment in the W-A-Y Program.
