8.C. Approval of Student Discipline Committee's Recommendation (Student Case #155)
Description:
Approval of the Student Discipline Committee's recommendation to permanently expel the student identified in Student Case #155 from Howell Public Schools and consider a petition for reinstatement as early as July 1, 2019, for possible return for the 2019/2020 school year for violating Board Policy #5512 regarding vapor products and the District's Code of Conduct regarding persistent disobedience.

Description:
Approval of the Student Discipline Committee's recommendation to permanently expel the student identified in Student Case #156 from Howell Public Schools and consider a petition for reinstatement as early as July 1, 2019, for possible return for the 2019/2020 school year for violating Board Policy #5530 regarding possession and attempted distribution of drugs in a drug free zone.
