9.B. Recommendation for Student Disciplinary Hearing (Case #129)
Description:
Approval of the Student Discipline Committee's recommendation for long-term suspension for the remainder of the school year of the student identified in Student Case #129 from the Howell Public Schools District for violating Board Policy 5200 (Attendance) for skipping school and the Student Code of Conduct as written in the Student/Parent Handbook for insubordination.

9.C. Recommendation for Student Disciplinary Hearing (Case #130)
Description:
Approval of the Student Discipline Committee's recommendation for expulsion for 180 school days of the student identified in Student Case #130 from the Howell Public Schools District for violating the provision of the Revised School Code (Act 451 of 1976), MCL 380.1310(1) regarding physical assault against another student.
