(A) To conduct an Expulsion Hearing (Case #096) in compliance with HPS Policy #5610; the closed session has been requested by the family of the student pursuant to Section 8(b) of the Open Meetings Act; and (B) To review the discipline of a District employee in compliance with HPS Policy #3139, the closed session has been requested by the employee pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Open Meetings Act.
