7. New Business

7.1. Board needs to consider approving the 2020-2021 school budget.

7.2. Board needs to consider approving the tax request and resolutionn for the 2020-2021 school year.

 A resolution authorizing the issuance of the District’s Series 2020 General Obligation Refunding Bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000), to refund the District’s Series 2018 General Obligation Refunding Bonds.

7.4. Board needs to consider proposals from BVH on master plan for the 1920 building.

7.5. Board needs to consider tax delay for Sept through December 31.

7.6. Board needs to consider approving the extended summer lunch program till Dec 31, 2020.

7.7. The Board needs to request  that NDE issue a local substitute certificate for Judi Baker for St. Paul Public School.

7.10. Board needs to consider continuing the mask protocols passed on August 18th, 

7.11. Superintendent of the Louplatte conference request the St. Paul Board of Education to consider requiring masks for the Louplatte volleyball conference tournament.
 

7.11.1. Board needs to consider approving the goals for the 2020-2021 school year.
The school will finish the Strategic Plan and have a meeting to discuss result by May of 2021.
The Board and Administration will finish a building plan for the 1920 building.
The Board will help provide resource and time for new reading curriculum for elementary.
The Board will help provide resources for a reading position in 7th and 8th grade.
