Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071: To consult with the District's attorney, in person or by telephone, about a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Local Government Code. This includes legal advice regarding the Superintendent search process.
