The proposed contract establishes the terms and conditions for BTC’s CMAR services, including the scope of services, responsibilities of each party, compensation, and other contractual requirements. Expenditures under this agreement will be paid from bond funds. |

F.5. Consider Approval of Vendor for Online Curriculum
Description:
The District uses i-Ready, an online curriculum provided by Curriculum Associates, to support student instruction.
The total cost for the 2026-2027 school year is $179,375. Funding for this expense is included in the current budget. |
|
F.6. Consider Approval of Skyward Qmlativ Conversion
Description:
The District has used Skyward SMS for human resources and finance operations for many years. Skyward Qmlativ is the successor platform to SMS. Skyward plans to discontinue support for SMS in the coming years, making conversion necessary for the District. Beginning now will allow us to secure conversion support before demand increases as other Texas school districts transition to Qmlativ.
Qmlativ offers updated features to improve efficiency in Human Resources, Payroll, and Business operations. The ongoing software cost will remain the same; however, a one-time conversion cost is required for database setup and migration to the new platform. District staff will complete portions of the conversion in-house to minimize this expense. The final conversion cost is being negotiated and will not exceed $36,102. Beginning the conversion now will support a planned go-live date of July 1, 2027, aligning with the District’s fiscal year rollover. |

G.1. Consider Approval of Revisions to the Student Unpaid Meal Charges and Courtesy Meal Policy

The proposed revisions clarify policy language, promote consistency, and support alignment with applicable federal and state requirements. |
|
G.2. Consider Approval of the District’s Tax Roll for Tax Year 2026
Description:
Texas Tax Code Section 26.09(e) requires the District’s tax roll to be submitted to the Board of Trustees for approval.
