3.2. Policy 722 Public Data Requests - First Reading
Description:
This policy is required to be in place by the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act. This is the first reading to review the policy and determine the Responsible Authority, Data Practices Compliance Official and Data Practices Designee.

Description:
Within ten days following the election, the school board is required to canvass the election results by resolution and forward that information on to our county and state election officials. Attached is the resolution for the board to adopt.
