1. Call to Order - Determine if a Quorum is Present

3. Public Forum/Comments to the Board. For Special Board Meetings, the Board will hear public comments regarding agenda items. (limit 5 minutes each or 30 minutes total)

4. Executive Session as authorized by Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E:

4.A. Adjournment to closed session Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by telephone regarding a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.

4.B. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code for the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer, employee, or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.

4.B.1. Consider and discuss the Superintendent's goals, objectives and duties

4.B.2. Consider and discuss the Superintendent's performance

5. Reconvene to open session and take any action deemed necessary from closed session

5.A. Consider and take action on the Superintendent's evaluation 

6. Adjourn
