1. Call to Order - Determine if a Quorum is Present

2. Pledge of Allegiance to the United States and Texas Flags, and Moment of Silence 

3. Public Forum/Comments to the Board. For Special Board Meetings, the Board will hear public comments regarding agenda items only. (limit 5 minutes each or 30 minutes total)

4. Adjournment to Closed Session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section:

4.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Local Government Code.   

4.B. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.
   a) Discussion of the Board to develop a profile for the Superintendent
   b) Discussion of the Board to develop a timeline for the search
   c) Discussion of the Board to consider hiring a Superintendent
