1. Call to Order - Determine if a Quorum is Present

2. Executive Session as authorized by Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E:

2.A. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee

2.B. Texas Government Code 551.045.  Exception to General Rule: Notice of Emergency Meeting or Emergency Addition to Agenda.  In an emergency or when there is an urgent public necessity, the notice of a meeting to deliberate or take action on the emergency or urgent public necessity, or the supplemental notice to add the deliberation or taking of action on the emergency or urgent public necessity as an item to the agenda for a meeting for which notice has been posted in accordance with this subchapter, is sufficient if the notice or supplemental notice is posted for at least one hour before the meeting is convened.

7.B. Consider approval of Interlocal Agreement of bulk order for Hotspots and Chromebooks with Region 4, and authority for Superintendent to sign Interlocal Agreement
