President Schleif called the meeting to order at 8:01PM. NOTICE for this special meeting was posted at the Jeffrey Elementary School, Osceola Middle School/High School, Pinnacle Bank of Osceola, and the Osceola Post Office. A copy of the Open Meetings Act is posted on the wall for public access. The order of the agenda items is tentative and may be changed by the Board if necessary.

Superintendent Rinehart reviewed with the Board different budget options. Mr. Rinehart and the Board want to keep the levy low as possible despite the District losing over $3 million in land valuation as a tax base.
