Discussion and possible final action for the acquisition of the below listed real properties, which authorizations shall include but not be limited to taking all necessary steps to approve or ratify certain real estate contracts, to approve or ratify all steps necessary to prepare and submit necessary documents and pay necessary funds to close on the acquisition of the below listed real property, and to accept conveyance documents, including real estate deeds to properly close on the transaction.
