3.A. Discussion Regarding Superintendent & Board of Trustees Evaluation Instruments

4. Closed Session:  The Board may go into closed session pursuant to the following sections of the Texas Open Meetings Act.
 

4.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 and 551.074, consultation with legal counsel including possible telephone consultation with legal counsel, as necessary, to address legal concerns, implications, and answer any legal questions regarding posted agenda items

4.A.1. Discuss and Develop a New Instrument for Superintendent Evaluation and Board of Trustee Evaluation
 

4.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 to discuss the duties of the Superintendent
