3. Hearing to Consider Amending the 2024-2025 Budget for the Qualified Capital Purchase Undertaking Fund
More Information:
This hearing is solely to hear taxpayer input. No action will be taken at the hearing. Action items will be completed during the regular meeting.
The amendment to the Qualified Capital Purchase Undertaking Fund (QCPUF) will be necessary if the board plans to use this fund for the HVAC project. We currently did not have any funds budgeted for this fund for the 2024-2025 school year. I would recommend using QCPUF for this project, since these tax requests will be outside of the property tax request authority limitations. |
4. Adjourn
Recommended Motion(s):
Motion to adjourn the meeting Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
