2 1.  Discuss and confirm Tentative Plan to balance the 2024 Budget

3 2.  Develop Tentative Plan for 2025 Budget to include:
           a.  If/when a public safety millage proposal will be developed and when it will
                be voted on or....

           b.  If/when a Headlee Amendment "roll up" proposal will be developed and
                when it will be voted on.

           c.  Development of a cost savings plan for 2025 if additional revenue is not
                approved.
