6 ACTION ITEM #1:  The committee recommends approval of a signal booster for Alpena Township Fire Station with monies to come from 911/Ambulance/First Responder Millage as presented.

6 2)  Policy for "Sit-Along" Observation in Dispatch Center (attached)

6 ACTION ITEM #2:  The committee recommends approval of an ACC student to observe a shift in the Dispatch Center Sit-Along Program.

6 3) Budget Adjustment - MSP Invoice #551-596921 (attached)

6 ACTION ITEM #3:  The committee recommends approval of a budget adjustment for overpayment of ARPA Supplemental Funds in the amount of $2394.73 and authorize the Treasurer to create a line item and make the necessary budget adjustments for payment of invoice #551-596921 in the amount of $2394.73.

6 4)  Budget Adjustments for Central Tower Payment (attached)

6 ACTION ITEM #4:  The committee recommends a budget adjustment for the Central Tower Project with $75,000 from the 011/Ambulance/First Responder Millage (after funds are received) and $16,785.28 from 261-325-946.00 Tower Expense (911 budget) with adjustments into a Tower Reserve Fund line item, and authorize the Treasurer to make the necessary budget adjustments.

6 5) Sealed bid recommendation radios (attached)

6 ACTION ITEM #5:  The committee recommends approval of the 911 Central Directors recommendation to accept the bid from Grand Traverse Mobile Communications for portable radios, mobile radios, and pagers.  The County is offering a match in the amount of $31,115.17 with the City and Township matching funds in the amount of $31,115.17.

7 1)  FY23 MIDC Grant Application  (attached)

7 ACTION ITEM #6:  The Committee recommends approval of the FY23 MIDC Grant Application (10.01.22/09.30.23) in the amount of $774,867.98 with a County match of $164,640.01 and authorize the Board Chairman or County Administrator to sign all pertaining documents as presented.  This has been sent for Grant Review Committee approval.
