III.A. HUSD #3 Open Enrollment Insurance Program & Approval Of Kairos For Insurance For SY 2025-2026- Dr. Koerperich
Description:
The Holbrook School District is requesting Governing Board approval of Kairos as the district insurance provider, as well as, approval of the Open Enrollment Insurance Program for SY 25-26. The Open Enrollment plan outlines insurance options and the implementation of an Employee Wellness Plan as outlined in the back-up materials.
Recommendation: Discussion and consideration to approve Kairos as the district's insurance provider for SY 25-26, as well as, approve the Open Enrollment Insurance Program as outlined in the back-up materials. |

III.B. Recruitment Fair Out Of State Travel- Dr. Koerperich
Description:
The Holbrook School District is requesting out of state travel for Nichole Tow and Andrea Tomlin to attend the Ohio Career Fair from April 1-3, 2025 in Athens, Ohio (Ohio University Education Job Fair). Expenses will be paid through Title II attracting and retaining high quality staff.
