Stat. § 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; specifically, to discuss the hiring of the Finance, Transportation & Communications Secretary and to receive an administrative update regarding a personnel matter involving a specific employee.
