Stat. 19.85(1)(c), (e), (f) and/or (g), as appropriate, to discuss an employment investigation and related matters, to consider any resolution, and, if required, to receive oral or written advice from legal counsel related to any corresponding litigation or legal dispute, and to approve the closed session meeting minutes from the May 20, 2026, Regular Board meeting and the May 27, 2026, Special Board meeting. The Board may take action in closed session, if necessary and appropriate.
