4. The Board of Education will entertain a motion to convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(c),(e),(f), and/or (g), as appropriate, to consider settlement agreement regarding administrative employment matter and take action on any proposed settlement agreement; review report(s) concerning status of settlement agreement, related investigation and litigation, if and as may be necessary; consider an employee resignation, if appropriate; discuss administrators’ performance and evaluations, if and as may be necessary; identify, discuss, and approve any remaining preliminary notices of nonrenewal that may be appropriate; consider and approve legal services report/invoice; and/or consider oral or written legal advice from counsel concerning imminent litigation.
The Board may take action on one or more matters in closed session. At the conclusion of the closed session, the Board will entertain a motion to adjourn the meeting from closed session.
