6. Public Hearing - Public Hearing requested by Craig Cahoon concerning his continued employment with the District (During portions of the hearing, the Board may have to move into closed session [as provided below] to discuss confidential student behavior and health information).

7. Closed Session: The School Board may convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. §§ Stat. 19.85(1)(c), (f) and (g) to address the continued employment of Craig Cahoon's employment with the District, which may involve discussion of specific student medical and disciplinary data, as well as to consult with legal counsel for the District who may be called upon to issue advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Board with respect to litigation in which the Board is or is likely to become involved. |

8. The School Board may reconvene in open session to take action as to those matters discussed in closed session, as appropriate.

9. Adjourn (should the School Board reconvene in open session).
