3. Pledge of Allegiance.

4. Closed Session: The School Board shall convene in Closed Session pursuant to Wis. Stat. §§ 19.85(1)(c) and (f) to consider employment and performance evaluation as well as disciplinary data of a school administrator over which the School Board has jurisdiction and exercises responsibility.

5. The School Board may reconvene into open session to take action as to those matters discussed in closed session, as appropriate.

6. Adjourn (should the School Board reconvene in open session).
