1.1. Roll Call and establish a quorum

2. Board Facility Workshop to include setting goals for facilities: The board will tour all facilities of Blooming Grove ISD, review cost of repairs to facilities for 15-16 school year, review use of capital projects funds and review funding sources to include a maintenance tax note and or a bond election.

3. Budget Workshop: The board will review the need to consider the payoff of existing maintenance tax notes, with undesignated fund balance, the steps/timeline for a tax rollback election for the 17-18 year, and the board will also review the existing bonded debt of the district.

4.1. Consider Tax Rate for Publication and date of budget hearing

4.2. Consider Early Payoff of Selected Maintenance Tax Notes by approval of Budget Amendment.
