3. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Report

Discussion:
ESUCC CEO Dr. Polk reviewed the ESUCC CEO Goals and Progress attachment and the linked CEO Report to the Board January 2025. CEO Dr. Polk would like to look at changing some dates of the committee meetings for next year. A draft of the new dates will be available by the next committee meeting.
For the ESUCC Two-Year Master Calendar, the ESUCC CEO would recommend a one-year approval and a draft of the second year. ESUCC CEO Dr. Polk worked with Justin Knight from Perry Law Firm on the new draft of the MSA with the expectation of streamlining the agreement. CEO Dr. Polk asked for permission to pursue grant writing for cybersecurity. CEO Dr. Polk will get more information and bring it to the committee next month.
