Recommendation of Administration that the Board of Trustees authorizes Administration to enter into a 36-month contract, upon the review and approval of General Counsel, with Numeriksoft in an amount not to exceed $246,959.72 for a wireless network software license and a 36-month technical support contract. |

11.3.C. Adobe Enterprise Academic License Renewal
Recommendation of Administration that the Board of Trustees approves the purchase of Adobe Enterprise software licensing, upon the review and approval of General Counsel, for fiscal years 2027 and 2028, from its authorized distributors for a period of two years utilizing sealed bids or best available public, government and higher education discount structures, in total amount not to exceed $200,000. |

Recommendation of Administration that the Board of Trustees authorizes the Administration to enter into a Professional Services Agreement, upon the review and approval of General Counsel, with AMS Planning & Research for $134,200. |

11.3.E. Annual Library Purchases and DALNET Maintenance Agreement
Recommendation of Administration that the Board of Trustees authorize the purchase of library resources for 1 year, upon the review and approval of General Counsel, in amounts not to exceed $158,965.00 to Midwest Collaborative Library Services; and authorize the renewal of its annual maintenance agreement in an amount not to exceed $120,268.50 to the Detroit Area Library Network (DALNET) for the College’s share of fiscal year 2026-2027 operating costs. |

11.4. Center Campus Connect Drive Culvert & Roadway Replacement Bids and Proposed Budget
Recommendation of Administration that the Board of Trustees approve the proposed budget for the replacement of the Center Campus Connect Drive Culvert & Roadway and the bids presented and authorize the award of contracts subject to the review and approval of General Counsel. |

11.5. Architectural and Engineering Services for the 2027-2029 Multi-Year Renovation Program
That the Board of Trustees authorize the Administration to extend the contract with Integrated Design Solutions, subject to the review and approval by General Counsel, for Phase 5 (2027-2029) of the multi-year renovation program, with fees not to exceed $2,540,750. It is further recommended that the Administration be authorized to engage and contract for the services of IDS on an as-needed basis for other projects. All contracts are subject to the review and approval of General Counsel and will be presented to the Board of Trustees if the amount exceeds the Purchasing Policy guideline. |

11.6. Multi-Year Renovation Program Construction Management Services Contract Extension
Recommendation of Administration that the Board of Trustees authorize the Administration to extend the contract with Barton Malow Builders, upon the review and approval of General Counsel, for construction management services for a three-year period beginning January 1, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $4,904,748. It is further recommended that the Administration be authorized to engage and contract for the services of Barton Malow Builders on an as-needed basis for other projects. All contracts are subject to the review and approval of General Counsel, and will be presented to the Board of Trustees if the amount exceeds the Purchasing Policy guideline. |
