I. Notice of Possible Quorum

A quorum of the Dell City ISD Board of Trustees may be in attendance on the 28th of May at 5:15 PM at the Grace Grebing Library located at 300 Grebing Street., Dell City, TX.  This is not a regularly scheduled meeting of the Dell City ISD Board of Trustees, but this notice is being posted in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. As a governmental body, the school district will not deliberate or take any formal action on any items discussed, nor will meeting minutes be produced for this notice.

A copy of this notice of a possible quorum has been posted at the Dell City ISD Campus Administrative office bulletin board, in a place convenient to the public, and on the Dell City ISD Website in compliance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code on April 19th.
