9.A. Update Policy 3.04 Borrowers and Borrowers' Cards to include Public Act 102-0843 aka Cards for Kids. 

9.B. Approve an engagement letter from Lauterbach & Amen, LLP for the annual audit for the year ended June 30, 2023 in the amount of $10,300.

9.C. Approve closing the Library at 12:30 pm on Friday, May 5, 2023 for Staff Training from 12:45-5 pm. 

9.D. Authorize the Director to change the public catalog payment credit card vendor to Illinois Epay with deposit into our Illinois Funds account.

9.E. Approve renewal of Communico Reserve: Room and asset manager and Schedule. Rails Group Purchase 3-year agreement at a cost of $14,500 per year plus $827.40 (on time cost) to prorate Schedule renewal to contract period for a total cost of $44,327.40.
