Declassify Closed Session Minutes
Description:
Board Secretary Mary Lenzen is not recommending declassification of any closed session minutes at this time. Also, closed session audio tapes over 18 months old are being recommended for destruction.

Preliminary Review of District Calendar
Description:
The Calendar Committee met on January 13, 2021. Members of the committee who attended the meeting were Stacey Tantillo, Supreeta Kapoor, Jennifer Ban, Denise Spetter, Terry Maly, Griffin Sonntag, Dave Palzet, and Erika Sawosko. The Calendar Committee’s recommendation for 2021-22 is attached.

Recommendation:
That the Board of Education moves into closed session at _________ to discuss litigation, when an action against, affecting or on behalf of the particular district has been filed and is pending before a court or administrative tribunal, or when the District finds that an action is probably or imminent, in which case the bias for the finding shall be recorded and entered into the closed meeting minutes; and matters relating to the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the District or legal counself for the District, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee or against legal counsel for the District to determine its validity. |
