Description:

3. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071, 551.087 and 551.129, consultation with legal counsel regarding legal issues pertaining to Tax Code Chapter 313 Applications for Appraised Value Limitation submitted by Schoolhouse Solar, LLC and an Agreement for Limitation on Appraised Value with Applicant. Also, under Government Code 551.072 and 551.074 we will now go into Executive Session. |
