Monthly review of Year to Date Revenue and Expenditures

II.A.1. Discussion of FY2027 Budget
Description:
Amy will provide the Committee with an update on the FY27 Budget. Slight account adjustments are still in process and grant expenditures are being entered from the placeholder amount.

II.A.2. FY2026 Audit Update
Description:
Our auditors with Evans, Marshall, and Pease have concluded their in-person audit and will be joining us at a future (likely November) meeting to discuss the results.

II.B. MacArthur Windows & Siding - Update and Plan for Remaining Allowance
Description:
We will discuss three projects that we would like to move forward at MacArthur, while still saving some of the unspent allowances. The three projects include the removal of the dust collection system, painting of the exterior louvers and replacement of the stage pads in the gym.

II.C. Consideration of the Job Order Contract - Anne Sullivan Door Repairs
Description:
Administration is recommending approval and award of the job order contract to FH Paschen for the repair and replacement of two door frames at Anne Sullivan School.

Description:
Proposals have been attached for the FY27 classroom furniture orders. These have been budgeted in the FY2027 Cost per Pupil, non-discretionary furniture allocations.

II.E. Bid for Transportation Services - Update
Description:
We are in the process of finalizing our bid documents. We are targeting a December award. Documents will be shared with the Committee in the next two weeks.

II.F. Cook County Bridge Loan Update
Description:
The Bridge Loan was fully funded on August 28th. Funds were allocated in accordance with our Approtionment Resolution.
