II.A. Discussion of Summer 2026 Work

II.A.1. MacArthur Windows & Siding - Update and Plan for Remaining Allowance
Description:
We will discuss three projects that we would like to move forward at MacArthur, while still saving some of the unspent allowances. The three projects include the removal of the dust collection system, painting of the exterior louvers and replacement of the stage pads in the gym.

II.A.2. Eisenhower Addition - Update and Discussion of Soil Conditions
Description:
We'll discuss the progress of the Eisenhower construction and provide an overview of soil conditions requiring a larger draw on the budgeted allowances.

II.A.3. Eisenhower School - Painting of the MultiPurpose Room
Description:
A proposal has been obtained for the painting of the Eisenhower MP Room. Work would be scheduled over Thanksgiving or Winter Break. We had planned for the work to be done with the construction. However, recent plumbing and carpentry work have required patching and expedited painting.

II.A.4. Betsy Ross & Anne Sullivan - Canopy Update
Description:
We have been working with our partners at FHP to develop a solution for the canopies at Ross & Sullivan. A new sample has been provided for the Committee's review and approval.

II.A.5. Consideration of the Job Order Contract - Anne Sullivan Door Repairs
Description:
Administration is recommending approval and award of the job order contract to FH Paschen for the repair and replacement of two door frames at Anne Sullivan School.

II.B. FY27 Furniture Purchases
Description:
Proposals have been attached for the FY27 classroom furniture orders. These have been budgeted in the FY2027 Cost per Pupil, non-discretionary furniture allocations.

II.C. AMI Proposal - Grodsky Glycol Leaks (Information)
Description:
Several small leaks were discovered while performing preventative maintenance on the heating coils. The purchase order has been issued and repairs are underway.

Description:
Amy will provide an update on landscaping services following the termination of the contract with Countryside.
