Description:
Amy will provide an update on any FY25 budgetary variances as well and the MTD and YTD Revenues and Expenditures.

II.B. Food Service RFP - Update
Description:
Amy will provide an update on the Food Service RFP. Bids are scheduled to be opened on April 1, 2025.

II.C. 2025-26 Proposed NSSEO Budget
Description:
The preliminary review of the NSSEO Budget will take place at the April Board meeting. The current budget shows a reduction in the number of students being served along with a correlating reduction in tuition costs.

II.D. 2025 Seal Coating, Striping & Concrete Bid Update
Description:
Bids for Striping, Crack Filling and Concrete Replacements at the main campus were opened on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. Amy will provide an update on the bid results and proposals received.

II.E. EBC Insurance Renewal for 2025-26
Description:
Amy will provide an update on the Final EBC Renewal Meeting that was held on March 19, 2025. A slightly more favorable renewal rate has been identified, compared to the preliminary renewal meeting, and will be discussed at the Committee meeting.
