Description:
Amy will share an update of Revenues and Expenditures as of December 31, 2022. We will also have a brief discussion about financial updates for the website.

Description:
Amy will share an update on recent renewal discussions with First Student.

II.B.1. Discussion of Preliminary Transportation Services Renewal - First Student
Description:
Following a joint meeting with Wheeling CCSD21, Amy will share an update on the proposed one year extension for transportation services with First Student.

II.B.2. Discussion of Current IDOT Approved Hazardous Travel Areas Within the District.
Description:
Amy will present the annual approval of the IDOT Hazardous routes. There are no changes to the routes from last year. Because of these routes, the District receives reimbursement from the State of Illinois, but is also prohibited from charging a transportation fee.

II.C. ISBE Food Service Audit - March 13-15, 2023
Description:
State agencies are required to ensure School Nutrition Program participants are compliant with regulations. In Illinois, this is accomplished via an onsite review of our district by the Nutrition Department at ISBE. This year, our School Meals Administrative Review has been scheduled for March 13 - 15, 2023. Amy will be working with Organic Life and the Business Office team to prepare for the upcoming visit.

II.D. Discussion of Property Tax Revenue and a Settlement Recommendation to Settle Tax Rate Objections for Years 2011-2014
Description:
Amy will bring the Committee up to speed on a proposed settlement for tax rate objections filed between 2011-2014.
