II.A. Discussion of Summer 2022 Work
Description:
Mike and Amy will provide an update on Summer 2022 projects and progress towards completion and final closeout.

II.B. Long Range Facilities Plan Update
Description:
Amy and Mike will share an update of the Long Range Facilities Plan and the progress in evaluating District priorities for the next five years. We will have a discussion around the process and proposed work for the summer of 2023.

II.C. Energy Procurement Update
Description:
Following meetings with both Constellation New Energy, under the IEC cooperative and Nania Energy, the District will be looking at options for going out to bid for both natural gas and electricity in the next year. Participation in the IEC is locked in until December, 2023.

II.D. PHPD Intergovernmental Agreement Renewal
Description:
We are in the process of finalizing the rental agreement with Prospect Heights Park District. The agreement is largely unchanged from the prior agreement and is attached for review.
