VIII. FINANCIAL REPORT
Description:
Attached is the memo recommending payment of the voucher lists for materials, supplies, and services paid since the last BOE meeting. IX. PUBLIC HEARING ON 2022 TAX LEVY
Description:
President: "On November 9, 2022, the Board of Education adopted an estimated tax levy for 2022 as developed by the Assistant Superintendent for Finance & Operations and the Finance Committee. At this time, the Board wishes to conduct a Truth-in-Taxation Public Hearing for the purpose of allowing anyone to address the Board regarding the 2022 Certificate of Tax Levy."

X.E. 2022 Annual Statement of Affairs - INFORMATION
Description:
District 23 has complied with Section 10-17 of the School Code (105 ILCS 5/10-17) requiring school districts to publish in a local newspaper annually and share with the Illinois State Board of Education, an Annual Statement of Affairs summary report as attached.

X.F. Annual Levy - Tax Year 2022
Description:
We will discuss the final 2022 tax levy, including an update on the PTAB Revenue Recapture for 2022, which will be presented for approval at the December 14, 2022 BOE meeting. After additional review, the levy document remains largely unchanged from the tentative. A copy of the Truth in Taxation Hearing Notice for publication has been attached for review.
