Description:
District 23 has complied with Section 10-17 of the School Code (105 ILCS 5/10-17) requiring school districts to publish in a local newspaper annually, an Annual Statement of Affairs summary report. To meet this requirement the district must:

II.C. Annual Levy
Description:
We will discuss the final 2021 tax levy which will be presented for approval at the December 8, 2021 BOE meeting. After additional review, the levy document remains unchanged from the tentative. A copy of the Truth in Taxation Hearing Notice for publication has been attached for review.

II.D. EDP Fees
Description:
The Business Office has met with the Director of EDP to discuss the program and its needs for the coming year. At this time, Administration is not recommending any increase in fees for the 2022-23 school year.
