Note:  Items 3.3-3.9 may be taken as a single Board Resolution, or individually.  - ACTION

3.3. Name Wells Fargo of Albert Lea, MN Trust, Home Federal Savings Bank, Associated Bank and Trust, and Commerce Bank as depositories for school district funds.

3.4. Designate Lori Volz, Deputy Superintendent, to serve as Deputy Board Treasurer, and Ashley Mattson, Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent, shall serve as Deputy Board Clerk pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 123B.14.

3.5. Authorize Mike Funk, Superintendent, and Lori Volz, Deputy Superintendent, to lease, purchase, and contract for goods and services within the budget as approved by the Board, provided that any transaction in an amount exceeding the amount for which bids are required, must be authorized by the Board and fulfill other applicable requirements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes governing municipal contracting.

3.6. Designate Sarah Kloeckl as School District Special Education, Federal Programs, and ESEA authority.

3.7. Delegate Lori Volz, Deputy Superintendent, and Christopher Muhvich, District Accountant, and others as assigned under the direction of Lori Volz, the authority to make electronic transfers with the appropriate documentations, including written confirmation from the financial institution and proper request and approval form for the transfer, to be retained by the Deputy Superintendent.

3.8. Directing Administration to Publish the "Annual Notification of Rights, Protection and Privacy of Student Records", notice in the official newspaper of the district.

3.9. Designate Mike Funk, Superintendent, and Ashley Mattson, Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent/School Board Deputy Clerk to the role of Identified Official with Authority for Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) Secure Website Access
