3.B. Consider approval of the Bid presented for Flip Locks to be placed on every Gunter ISD Classroom door.

4. Recess into Closed Session in Compliance with Section 551.001.

4.A. Deliberation on the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property when deliberation would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third-party person pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code.
