3. Listening Session
Description:
All speakers are asked to complete the Listening Session Sign-in Form including as much detail as possible and including a printed / written copy of your presentation if one is available. This is an opportunity for the Board to listen, the Board will not engage in dialogue. As a general rule, the Board will not comment on or respond to any comments made by speakers. Please do not include names of Greenbush Middle River employees or representatives, their title, or location in your remarks for your own legal protection and the legal rights of staff.
Each speaker will have five (5) minutes to speak: speakers may not roll their time to another speaker. Speakers will be timed and are asked to complete their comments in this time frame. Board members may ask questions if needed. Please begin your presentation by stating your name and topic only. In the spirit of fairness to all participants, we request that you respect the format above. Thank you for taking the time today to attend this meeting and share your concerns and suggestions. 9.1.c. Schedule Special School Board Meeting to Canvass Ballots from November 3, 2020 General Election
Description:
As per MN Election rules as they relate School Elections, the School Board is required to canvass the results of the School Election between November 6, 2020 and November 13, 2020 (between the 3rd and 10th day following the election) and notify the County Auditor of each county in which the school district is located in whole or in part of the results of the election.
Consider: Moving regular meeting to same day as Canvassing the results of the election? Board decision. |

10.1. Greenbush Middle River School District Seniority and Teacher Certification List
Description:
The GMR School District Seniority and Teacher Certification List has been
emailed to staff and posted in the teacher workroom for review and comment by licensed staff. Suggested Board Action: Motion by ________________ and seconded by ____________ to approve approve the 2020-2021 Teacher Seniority list as presented.

10.2. Athetic Director Report and Proposal for handling Admission to Fall Athletic Events
Description:
Due to the uncertainty of athletic contests occuring during the cornonavirus pandemic and thereby avoiding request(s) for reimbursement, the School Administration recomends NOT selling Season Activity Passes in 2020-2021.
Furthermore, at least some schools are waiving single game admission to a limited number of spectators as permitted by MN Dept. of Health Guidelines. The School Administration is recomending NOT selling single game admission. Admission would be free for a limited number of spectators. For example, because Volleyball is an in-door venue and therefore has a limit on the number of spectators, the spectors would pretty much be just parents of players.
