Description:  Recommendation: That pursuant to the Open Meetings Act Section 2(c)(1), Section 2(c)(8),  Section 2(c)(10), and  Section 2(c)(11) the Operating Committee goes into closed session to discuss the employment, compensation, discipline, performance and/or dismissal of a specific employee of SPEED; matters regarding students; and pending or probable litigation, and security procedures for buildings and matters relating to safety and security. Any items needing approval will be voted on during the open session.

Description:  Recommendation:  That the Operating Committee approve the Personnel Report, Contract Personnel Report, and Contractor Agreements as presented.

Description:  Recommendation: That the Operating Committee approve the Closed Session Minutes of the September 17, 2026, Operating Committee meeting as presented.

Description:  Recommendation:  That the Operating Committee approve the non-recurring and recurring bills for September and October 2026 as presented.

Description:  Recommendation:  That the Operating Committee approve the Imprest and Activity fund report for September 2026 as presented.

Description:  That the Operating Committee approve the policy revisions, as outlined in the IASB PRESS Plus Policy subscription service, and recommended by the Superintendent, to maintain legal compliance. 

Description:  That the Operating Committee move to approve the recommendation of termination of the employee for the reasons discussed in closed session.
