Description:  Recommendation:    That pursuant to the Open Meetings Act Section 2(c)(1), Section 2(c)(10) and Section 2(c)(11) the Governing Board goes into closed session to discuss the employment, compensation, and/or performance of a specific employee of SPEED and or matters regarding students. Any items needing approval will be voted on during the open session.  Collective negotiation matters between the public body and its employees or their representatives, or deliberations concerning schedules for one or more classes of employees.  5 ILCS 120/2(c)(2).

Description:  Recommendation:  That the Governing Board ratify the Personnel Report, Contract Personnel Report, and Contractor Agreements as approved by the Operating Committee at its May 18, 2023 meeting.

Description:  Recommendation: That the Governing Board approve the Open Session Minutes of the March 23, 2023 Governing Board as presented.

Description:  Recommendation:  That the Governing Board approve the Closed Session Minutes of the March 23, 2023 Governing Board meeting as presented.

Description:  Recommendation: That the Governing Board ratify the recurring and non-recurring bills as approved by the Operating Committee at its May 18, 2023 meeting.
