The purpose of this workshop is to provide information on how our Strategic Plan goal is being measured. The workshop will focus on the evidence that is being measured for the purpose of improvement and how measurements are interconnected.

The Board President will lead a discussion on topics related to Board procedures that may include: the intent of Policy 8274, Board communication with the Board Secretary, scope and purpose of Board Officer meetings, Board responses to community emails, conducting Board business, and the purpose of the consent agenda.
