This meeting will be live-streamed so the public is able to view the Governing Board meeting's opening and adjournment. No visitors will be allowed on campus.

2. EXECUTIVE SESSION

2.1. Executive Session - Legal Advice Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(3) - Discussion or consultation for legal advice with the attorney for the District relating to: (1) A.R.S. 15-342.05 (section 12 of HB 2898); (2) COVID-19 mask-related litigation including Hester v Phoenix Union School District and ASBA et al, v State of Arizona; (3) COVID-19 related policies and procedures; (4) funding with mask and vaccine-related conditions; and (5) matters related thereto.  


NOTE: The board will move out of the executive session and adjourn the meeting. There will not be any other action taken at this meeting.
