I. OPEN SESSION - CALL TO ORDER - 4:30 p.m.

II. PUBLIC COMMENT
BED(LOCAL):  At Special Board meetings, public comment shall be limited to items on the agenda posted with notice of the meeting.

III. REPORTS OF THE SUPERINTENDENT

III.A. Review Demographer Update - Information

IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Board will adjourn to closed or executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, 551.071, and 551.129

• Conduct interview(s) of applicant(s) for superintendent position, and consider and discuss same pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074
• Consultation with legal counsel regarding issues related to employment of new superintendent, pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.074 and 551.129

V. OPEN SESSION

• Take action, if any, regarding superintendent search process.
• Consider and take possible action to name finalist for superintendent position.

VI. EXECUTIVE SESSION
If, during the course of the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in a closed meeting, the Board will conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E.
