I. OPEN SESSION - CALL TO ORDER - 12:00 pm

II. PUBLIC COMMENT
BED(LOCAL):  At Special Board meetings, public comment shall be limited to items on the agenda posted with notice of the meeting.

III. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Board will adjourn to closed or executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 and 551.074

551.071: to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Local Government Code

551.074: for the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer, employee, or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee

A.    Discussion of the Board to develop a profile for the Superintendent.
B.    Discussion of the Board to consider hiring a Superintendent.
