14.a. Approval of the Resolution to allow for additional contributions to the IMRF, Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund, in the amount of $88,227 to reduce our unfunded liability.

14.b. Approval of the resolution authorizing the District's participation in the State of Illinois Chief Procurement Office approved purchasing consortiums and cooperatives.

14.c. Approval of the resolution to apply for the School Project Maintenance Grant for the amount of $50,000 to be applied toward roofing projects.

14.d. Approval to move forward with our roofing contract partner INSPEC for the purpose of going out to bid for stated roofing projects at both Evergreen and Benjamin Schools. INSPEC will charge $75,000 to manage all facets of this project and ensure proper management and completion. Roofing costs are anticipated to be approximately 1.9 million dollars and will be paid from existing fund balances.

Description:
The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees, specific individuals who serve as independent contractors in a park, recreational, or educational setting, or specific volunteers of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee, a specific individual who serves as an independent contractor in a park, recreational, or educational setting, or a volunteer of the public body or against legal counsel for the public body to determine its validity. However, a meeting to consider an increase in compensation to a specific employee of a public body that is subject to the Local Government Wage Increase Transparency Act may not be closed and shall be open to the public and posted and held in accordance with this Act. 5 ILCS 120/2 ( c ) (1)
